Plated jewellery and fashion jewellery may naturally fade or tarnish over time depending on use, storage, and care. This is not usually considered a manufacturing fault.
Customers are responsible for checking product details, dimensions, materials, and care information before placing an order.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and process your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where:

- Delivery to the requested location is not available
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you using your original payment method.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, customs processing, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we will try to assist where possible.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you, or to a person nominated by you to receive them.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For online orders, UK and EU customers may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order. GOV.UK states that online customers must be told they can cancel up to 14 days after delivery without giving a reason.
After cancellation, customers are generally required to return the goods within the required return period. GOV.UK also states that refunds must usually be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item, and that standard delivery costs may need to be refunded where applicable.
For hygiene reasons, earrings, stud earrings, ear cuffs, and other pierced jewellery may not be returnable once opened, worn, or tried on, unless faulty, damaged, incorrect, or where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be used after expiry.

Any purchase you make from our store is made directly with NOEVA, not Shopify. Shopify provides the platform that allows us to operate our online store, but Shopify is not responsible for our products, orders, delivery, returns, refunds, or customer service.
