Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at noevaainfo@gmail.com. Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for return.
Returns must be requested before sending the item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.
For non-faulty returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Please email us at noevaainfo@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, so we can assess the problem and make it right.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or return arrangement.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings, stud earrings, ear cuffs, and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, worn, or tried on, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We also cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items not returned in their original condition or packaging
Sale or final-sale items may not be returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or where required by law.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item first, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you would like.
Please note that earrings, stud earrings, ear cuffs, and pierced jewellery cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons once opened, worn, or tried on, unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
UK / EU Cooling-off Rights
If your order is shipped to the UK or European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the item within the required return period. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging.
This right does not apply to certain items, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened, such as earrings and pierced jewellery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
Original standard delivery charges may be refunded where required by law. Return postage for non-faulty returns is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
