This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days after your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

During busy periods, launches, sales, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires additional preparation time, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, delivery times, costs, customs duties, and import taxes may vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or shipping discounts. Any such offers may be subject to conditions, such as minimum order value or selected delivery locations.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.

UK delivery usually takes approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery service and carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, bank holidays, busy seasonal periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Carriers

We may use delivery services such as Royal Mail, Evri, or other UK couriers, depending on the order, location, and service selected.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.


ncorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We will do our best to assist and may ask you to allow extra time for the carrier to investigate or confirm the parcel status.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and item, so we can assess the issue and help resolve it.

Pre-Order or Made-to-Order Items

Some items may be available on pre-order or may require additional preparation time.

If an item is on pre-order, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be stated on the product page or communicated to you before dispatch.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the order together once all items are available, unless otherwise agreed.

Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or failure to collect from the courier, we will contact you once the parcel is received back.

Additional postage may be required to resend the order.

If you choose to cancel the order after the parcel is returned to us, we may refund the item cost, but original shipping costs may not be refunded where delivery was attempted.
