Shipping

We dispatch all orders from the UK within 2–4 working days.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with an updated timeline.

Pre-orders are available for selected items and typically take around 15 working days.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

• Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility for non-faulty items
• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable

Pre-orders & Sourcing

We offer selected pre-order pieces and style sourcing.

If you’re looking for a specific design, feel free to contact us — we may be able to source similar styles.

A 10% deposit is required for pre-orders and is non-refundable.

Packaging

All items are carefully packed.
Gift packaging is available upon request.

Please note: items that have been opened after gift packaging are not eligible for return.
